Three persons were arrested on drug and child endangerment charges in Clermont over the weekend.
The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office and Iowa State Patrol executed a search warrant at 1000 Oak St. at 10 p.m. Friday, June 13. Illegal substances and firearms were found and seized during the search.
Amanda Renee Green, 40, of Clermont, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 3rd offense, a Class D felony, three counts of child endangerment, aggravated misdemeanors, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
Jacob Bradley Mohs, 37, of Clermont, was arrested and charged with three counts of child endangerment, aggravated misdemeanors, possession of a controlled substance — marijuana 1st offense, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
Trevor James Filyaw, 21, of Clermont, was arrested and charged with three counts of child endangerment, aggravated misdemeanors, possession of a controlled substance — marijuana 1st offense, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
All three subjects were taken into custody and transported to Fayette County Jail, where they awaited initial appearances before a magistrate.
