Do include date, time, location and a contact person for each event. If you wish to not have a phone number published in the newspaper, note that in the email. Publication priority is given to events in the city of Waverly and Bremer County.

• On Thursday, April 17, from 1:30-3 p.m., the Waverly Health Center Parkinson’s Support Group is scheduled to meet. The support group is free and open to all. Meetings are on the third Thursday of every month from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Plan to attend if you or someone close to you is affected by Parkinson’s disease. The meeting will be hosted inside the WHC’s Carstensen-Gruben (CG) Room.
